Position Summary

The position is responsible for setting up new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Customers. This includes the core application as well as the additional products/features – Service Dashboard, Call Management, etc. Work closely with the New Accounts Project Managers, who interface with the customer.

Essential Duties

CRM Builder: The primary responsibility for this position is to execute on time project launches and work with other teams to build and customize the DealerSocket application for dealerships.

Specifically:

* Assist customers in completing the Site Set Up Documents

* Configure the CRM/additional applications to properly train on-site

* Work with project managers and dealerships on an ongoing basis to resolve any issues relating to CRM setups

* Assist in Kick Off calls when needed

Skills/Requirements

Qualifications

Preferred But Not Required Skills/Experience:

1+ yrs experience with DealerSocket products

1+ yrs Project Management experience

Bachelor's Degree

Required Skills/Experience:

* Knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of products

* Ability to provide support and communication to an extensive customer base within the automotive industry

* Excellent oral and written communication skills. Writing samples may be required upon request

* Project documentation skills. Project documentation samples may be required upon request

* Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

* Identify business issues/requirements and to solve problems with many variables and unique situations

* Work independently and creatively

* Maintain integrity, minimize confusion and keep control throughout the project lifecycle

* Deal effectively with people. Ability to work under pressure is essential

* Possess good judgment, initiative, strong work ethic and dependability

* Aptitude to learn technical information quickly

* Demonstrate ability to effectively and clearly deliver information to a range of audiences
