Job Description

Progressive Leasing is searching for a creative, technically savvy individual to join our growing Marketing Team as a Marketing Automation Specialist - Key Accounts. In this role, you will work to design, implement, and manage automated marketing communication flows including email, SMS, Direct Mail, Push, and other communications channels with an emphasis on A/B testing, increasing conversion, and performance/ROI measurement.

You will be part of a team responsible for managing our omni-channel marketing automation platform and building and executing on sophisticated consumer and retailer marketing campaigns. Proven experience with campaign strategy, content writing, and strong digital design principals are essential. In-depth knowledge of marketing campaign setup, marketing automation software, nurture methodology, funnel metrics, and best practices in both sales and marketing, are required. Additionally, technical expertise in the areas of web development, UTM tracking with GA, and lead management is a must.

What You'll Do:

  • Support key retailer accounts with omni-channel engagement tactics
  • Develop and implement successful B2C and B2B marketing communications programs using automated marketing and traditional methods
  • Execute Progressive Leasing's customer and retailer communication strategy
  • Implement creative, messaging, and content for marketing campaigns
  • Plan, develop, and report on A/B tests for campaign optimization
  • Test responsive email communication for multiple devices and platforms
  • Segment campaign audiences based on predefined database attributes and demographic data
  • Document customer communication process and technology implementation
  • Perform marketing attribution analysis on campaigns, report, and optimize

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 4+ years of previous experience in marketing automation or a marketing role
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and support skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners
  • Experience designing and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns in one or more CRM or Marketing Automation platforms, such as SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Resultics, Blueshift, Selegent, Adobe, Iterable, or Telium.
  • Experience with campaign strategy, ideation, conceptualization, and developing omni-channel marketing campaigns and nurture strategy
  • Experience with HTML and JavaScript, Adobe Creative Cloud, Abstract, and ThoughtSpot
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution, lead management, targeting, and closest proximity segmentation
  • Strong technical background, problem-solving skills, troubleshooting, and analytical ability, and attention to detail
  • Experience in multi-tasking and balancing multiple projects at the same time
  • Attention to detail and ability to accept critical feedback to improve results
