As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for administrative assistance and facility management. This position works closely with a national admin team with a wide variety of tasks and projects including, but not limited to supporting our sales team with RFP’s, contract creation, proofreading proposals, entering sales deals into a proprietary system, and sending agreements through DocuSign. Depending on interest you may assist with travel, corporate newsletters, and recruiting support. Facility responsibilities include but are not limited to office supply ordering, identifying general maintenance needs, light shipping/receiving and coordinating with the Sr. Facilities Manager to schedule repairs or services.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with organizational, time-management skills and a “can-do” attitude and work well independently. This position is a full-time opportunity located in Grand Rapids, MI.
- 0 - 3 years’ experience in an administrative role (recent College graduates welcome – we will train)
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Advanced typing skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (we are using O365)
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
- Candidate must be able to work in a high-volume team environment with the ability to multitask
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
