Come work for a long time established radio station that covers Marianna, FL, Chipley, Fl., Graceville., FL and the Wiregrass Area.

GOALS

Drive new sales, net revenue and increase market share by development of new accounts through prospecting activities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain current customer base and increase sales by expanding that base to new customers and markets.

Quote and process sales, and follow through the whole sales process.

Understand the customers needs and guide them to purchase the radios and system they need.

Develop and perform presentations for customers as needed

Visit customers to evaluate their needs

Call on competitor accounts and prospect for new leads

Follow up quickly with customer inquires

Track and monitor your work and prepare and present reports when needed

Attend sales educational events and seminars

Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices

Report to management team sales forecasts, sales prospects and progress

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

2-4 years of sales experience selling products to customers in the field required.

A strong track record of new account development

A clean driving record

SKILLS

Ability to communicate and listen to customers and guide them to purchase the proper radios and systems.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong verbal communications skills

Pay: Salary plus commission
