Cennox is currently seeking a Field Technician/Installer based in the Dixon, CA area to cover equipment cleaning and maintenance work throughout Northern California. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install rigging gear, such as cables, ropes, pulleys, and winches, to lift, lower, move and position various equipment and heavy objects on site
• Determine the most effective manner in which to lift the object by examining it, determining its size and weight and deciding on the right equipment
• Installation of ATMs, safes, and vaults with associated light construction
• Demolition, removal, and cleaning.
• Interacting with customers in a professional and positive manner
• Communicating effectively with management, and company personnel
• Completion of all required paperwork
• Driving a 20- or 26-foot box truck
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

• Warehouse Experience a plus
• Ability to use standard power and hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Must be safety conscious and dependable
• Ability to trouble shoot and resolve problems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Able to read drawings, blueprints a plus
• Ability to travel extensively as needed
• Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing and a reliable/insured vehicle

Experience and Education:

• Previous work with electrical functions, general repairs, or similar fieldwork is highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent— trade school or apprenticeship is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to fulfill physical job requirements including but not limited to lift more than 50 lbs, lift, squat, crouch, kneel, balance, climb and push/pull body weight
• Work indoors and outside, stand for extended periods of time, sit and drive a vehicle for travel.
