Our client is a long-established leading precast manufacturing facility. Their product is renowned and has become the worldwide standard! They are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join the organisation at their Albury site.

As part of this exciting role you will:

  • Manage procurement and coordinate design stage of the project

  • Communicate on project progress and plans

  • Work on effective/accurate site work programs and implementing variations as required

  • Encompass operational, quality, environmental and safety aspects within the program

  • Prepare and maintain cost control tracking sheet of the project

  • Ensure compliance with project documentation and H&S regulations

  • Analysing project documentation and determining construction methods, materials and quality standards

  • Complete field visits, updating establishing programs for the coordination of site activities

  • Execute the whole project in a cost and time effective manner

  • Control over various projects at the tender stage through to completion

  • Prepare detailed bills of quantities and accurate estimations

 

To be successful in this role you will have.

  • A qualification in engineering or construction project/administration discipline

  • A minimum of 5 years Australian experience on civil infrastructure and/or construction projects

  • Strong communication skills, with pride in attention to detail

  • A solid understanding of contracts

  • Experience in estimating

  • Experience at working on projects for Defence or Tier 1 and 2 contractors would be an advantage, but not necessary.
