Internal Control Advisor 
 
 
If you join our Internal Control team, you may have the following responsibilities:

  • Delegation of Authority (DofA) advice and support, make and interpret DoA proposals (medium complex DoA matters), prepare VIP annual delegation of authority review
  • Quarterly Due diligence data submission (SOX302), coordination intercompany, End User Computing, fixed asset verification activities for Fuels Europe, coordination intercompany Balance Sheet Assurance
  • Timeline planning, quarterly Due Diligence instructions, coordination of meeting requests, pack preparation and review
  • Input collection for change management, review Non Financial Management Information and hosted businesses including standardization initiatives within Europe
  • Ad hoc requests and analysis (Indirect Tax Control Framework, incidents)
  • Quality review of key controls and service delivery (e.g. BSA) according to internal control plan
  • Project support for Finance initiatives, process simplification and standardization (Business to Mobility)
  • Support the Incident Reporting process and address specific control issues and subsequent improvements, in response to incidents in relation to supported businesses
  • Act as a key contact to the supported Business, manage secure and in-time delivery of services
 
In the role we have the following requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in a relevant position
  • University degree in Finance or Business Administration or similar area
  • Fluency in business English is mandatory
  • SOX control knowledge
  • Experience with project management
  • German language knowledge is a great advantage
