AlixPartners, a leading global consulting firm, is looking for an experienced Recruiter who will work with the Enterprise Improvement Talent Management leadership team to develop, manage and execute recruiting strategies for specialized positions throughout North America for a highly successful Practice of senior professionals in a rapidly growing firm.

The Talent Recruitment Vice President - Enterprise Improvement is a full-time role located in Southfield, Michigan, and reports to the Director of Talent Recruitment –EI Americas. Paid relocation is not available.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and pipeline management of active and passive candidates who are specialists in their respective fields

* Build relationships with internal stakeholders, along with external sources to build a pipeline of high potential candidates that meet the needs of each of the practice areas

* Effective pipeline management to efficiently and effectively move candidates through the recruiting process, all while ensuring a welcoming, top notch candidate experience from first contact through completion of the process

* Track, manage and report on candidate pipelines

* Conduct initial interviews providing a candidate recommendation

* Manage recruiting events

* Management, coaching and development of junior staff

* Additional responsibilities as identified

Qualifications/Requirements:

* 10+ years, or equivalent, of executive search and/or corporate recruiting experience required, ideally in a professional services firm

* Successful track record with executive level recruiting. Hands on expertise with candidate sourcing, selection and behavioral interviewing techniques.

* Bachelor's degree required; Business, Human Resources or related area preferred

* Expertise in recruiting strategies and full lifecycle of recruiting candidates

* Proven techniques in effective process and pipeline management

* Experience managing, and coaching a team of junior recruiters

* High energy, proactive, flexible and adaptive style, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

* Ability to influence others, build strong relationships and networks

* Independent and organized work style: effectively manages and prioritizes workload, pays attention to detail, assumes and manages multiple tasks without close supervision, adapts to change, and consistently meets deadlines. Ability to make independent decisions and regularly suggest ways to improve services and processes.

* Strong business partnership capabilities. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business needs. Demonstrated ability to influence others, and build strong relationships and networks. Ability to work with executive leaders, providing exceptional customer service results.

* Experience in developing, tracking, and reporting of recruiting metrics and results

* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and mastery of applicant tracking system management techniques

* Possesses strong written/verbal communication and listening skills; proactively-communicates, and modulates communication to audience. Ability to comfortably and effectively communicate with executive leaders and staff at all levels.

* Demonstrates good business acumen and presence. Easily adapts to a wide range of business situations.

* Avoids legal challenges by: understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending procedural improvements, and conducting training.

* HRIS / ATS implementation experience, preferred

* Ability to travel up to 10%

* Certified PHR/SPHR preferred
