Sr. Community Manager

Team Ignite, an IPG global solution for Harley-Davidson, is looking for a Community Manager to support, in collaboration with clients, multiple social channels for Harley-Davidson. This role will focus heavily on content creation and building meaningful connections with riders.

Candidates must have a passion for moto culture, strong communication skills, and prior client facing experience.

MUST BE ABLE TO:

Understand social channels and trends both as a user and creator.

Produce social photography, video and copy under the direction of creative and editorial leads.

Travel to events and integrated content shoots to capture social photography.

Get to know the communities on each platform and provide insights that drive customer understanding.

Lead editorial calendar development and manage ongoing updates.

Monitor social channels and respond to user content and posts in timely manner.

Clearly communicate social ideas and plans to agency teams and clients to ensure flawless execution.

Partner with social analyst to identify actionable insights and recommendations.

Develop and maintain a social media asset library from original and curated content.

Identify untapped influencers for content collaboration projects.

Bring innovative social ideas and emerging technologies to the larger team.

Know the latest social specifications, restrictions and guidelines.

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEAM IGNITE:

4 years of professional experience with at least 2 years focused on social media.

Existing passion for riding and motorcycle culture.

Ability to inject creativity while following the guidelines of an existing brand voice.

Excellent writing and editing skills.

Experience with social publishing and listening tools.

Sharp eye for detail and visual storytelling.

The ability to be nimble and accept feedback.

Exceptional communication skills.

Hardworking, empathic and has a knack for getting things done.

BONUS POINTS FOR:

Photo/Video editing experience, especially GIFs.

Experience with paid social and campaign optimization.

First-hand knowledge of influencer programs and contracts.
