Maintenance Supervisor

It’s a management position in which you’ll be directly accountable for overseeing critical aspects of day-to-day maintenance operations.

ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for:

  • Installing machinery and equipment
  • Machinery maintenance
  • Oversee contractors as necessary
  • Maintain records and charts
  • Ensure compliance and safety based on company policies
  • Assist in project management
  • Perform preventative maintenance checks and troubleshoot any problems with machinery
  • Oversee subordinates

The essential functions of this role include:

  • working in a smoke free environment
  • wearing steel toe shoes
  • manual lifting up to 50lbs
  • standing for 12 hours at one time
  • working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
  • working weekends
