You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (MIL) in the Enlisted Processing Division of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT RALEIGH.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience with gathering facts, responding to questions, and ensuring legal procedural compliance of military personnel, policies and instructions. 2) Experience with performing office functions using military personnel automated systems. 3) Experience with analyzing military and civilian personnel assignments to ensure proper manning of the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). 4) Experience with collecting data to develop reports for senior leadership.
