Job Description

As our Scheduler for Home Care you will play a key role in helping older adults remain independent and in their homes for as long as possible. You will create and manange the daily work schedules of the direct care team members who provide home care assistance to those clients. You will work as the coordinator between our direct care team members and our clients' service needs, making sure clients receive the care identified within the time frames needed. This is a great opportunity to use your exceptional organization and problem solving skills, attention to detail and computer proficiency. You must have great communication skills and a passion for hospitality. The Scheduler for Home Care must enjoy a fast pace that requires flexibility and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Job Requirements

We would prefer you to have a Bachelor's degree in human service field preferred but will consider applicable work experience in lieu of degree. We need you to demonstrate prior successful experience in preparing and maintaining employee work schedules preferably in a health care setting. We need you to have intermediate or better computer skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be self-directed. You will need to be well organized, flexible and show the ability to multi-task comfortably.
