The focus of this work is in Chromatography systems: LC, LCMS, GC, GCMS. You have the responsibility of supporting our clients for on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of many of the quality products that we manufacture and sell. This can be very complex multimillion dollar projects around Chromatography instruments, complete with the appropriate software solutions. Additionally you will consult with the customer by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance. We will make sure you get all the training and development opportunities you need to become the best in your field.

Geographical Location: Greater Des Moines, Iowa area

Qualifications:

* Bachelors or Master Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, analytical chemistry or other life science field preferred; may consider a candidates with equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience.

* 2+ years relevant work experience including familiarity with chromatography and mass spec and/or other analytical instrumentation.

* Ability to solve, high impact problems related to product availability; typically system/ solution focused.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

* Strong customer relationship skills are needed.

* A valid driver's license is required for this position.
