Posting Overview:

We are seeking a Spa Sales Specialist to execute the Spa, Salon and Fitness sales and marketing plan for the Oxford Club, Spa & Salon by meeting/exceeding sales and marketing goals. Position is responsible for short and long-term planning and day-to-day direct sales and marketing of fitness center membership, spa, and salon sales/packages. Serves as the brand voice for the spa, salon and fitness centers’ digital communication channels. Introduces new and creative ways to reach audiences, and creates digital marketing campaigns to include social and CMS.

Must have excellent speech and written skills in order to communicate with managers, guests and employees. Must have excellent literacy skills necessary for reports, policies and procedures. Must have vision ability in order to visually inspect hotel. Must have mobility to walk through the front and the back of the hotel.

A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience


Two years or more of employment in a related position with this company or other organizations


Basic office equipment and materials


Office and spa environment. Visits clients off site periodically.
