Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Executes sales and distribution objectives by following the 10 steps to a sales call

2. Understands and complies with all federal, state and local regulations, CDC and MillerCoors policies.

3. Meets established sales objectives; monthly and annually for entire portfolio.

4. Responsible for maintenance of assigned company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

5. Responsible for understanding and complying with all Quality Assurance guidelines and quality policies of MillerCoors and CDC.

6. Adheres to all CDC safety policies, procedures, and training.

7. Responsible for following all operation and accounting procedures, including collection of payment in assigned accounts.

8. Responsible for maintaining communications after daily work hours to meet customer service needs.

9. Prepare presentations and proposals

10. Maintain sales/ pitch book and current product knowledge

11. Establish and maintain professional customer relationships

12. Identify and resolve customer concerns

13. Other Assigned Duties

Additional Responsibilities for On Premise Sales

1. Executes the 5 ONP standards (Distribution, Price, Promotions, POS, and Quality) on a daily and consistent basis.

2. Participates in night and weekend promotions and company events.

3. Follows proper procedures for all new tap ins, line cleaning, and minor draft problems.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Position requires proven successful sales experience within the consumer product industry. Must be able to demonstrate through work experience, leadership, business knowledge, and the ability to envision a successful sales program. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of three-tiered distribution system. Flexibility in High School Diploma or GED required. Position requires face to face contact with customers in the market. Must have valid driver's license.
