Who we are looking for:

The HRIS Analyst will be part of the HR Operations team responsible for Workday system optimization, configuration and analytics. This role will partner with internal and external business stakeholders to increase business efficiency and automate business processes through the innovative Workday HRIS platform. This hands-on technical role demands excellent knowledge of business processes and methodologies along with a strong analytical background. The candidate will have direct hands-on experience in applications design, configuration, implementation, and reporting. Experience in Workday or other large human resources, business intelligence, or enterprise system is required.

Who we are looking for:

* Responsible for configuration of the Workday system including EIBs and simple integrations, business processes, reports, and security.

* Leverages business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements, advise stakeholders on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.

* Works closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, goals, and gaps in order to design, build, test and deploy intelligent and scalable solutions.

* A key facilitator in change management drives the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of new projects & system enhancements/upgrades.

* Coordinates and performs system testing to ensure requirements are met and system upgrades/releases are implemented smoothly including tracking issues through UAT to resolution and securing end user acceptance

* Participate in the change management and go live support processes during upgrades; help maintain end-user training and job aids

* Regularly performs system audits to ensure the efficiency of processes, data integrity, and minimization of technical debt

* Provide ongoing integration support and maintenance and help implement solutions for enhancement to functionality

* Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions, identify and mitigate risks in processes and technology

* Provide creative solutions to difficult business problems that are not clearly defined or where limited information is available

* Assist team in providing user guidance and system help as needed

Reporting and Analytics:

* Develop metrics, dashboards, and packaged analytics using the available reporting technical platforms and applications including but not limited to: Workday, survey tools, ATS, LMS, hiring assessment tools, etc.

* Build advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and scorecards including proficient use of calculated fields, charts and graphs.

* Share strategic and operational responsibility for the design of HR reporting, metrics, and analytics.

* Develop workforce surveys of varying size, complexity, and frequency in areas such as engagement, hiring and exit surveys, culture, etc.

* Act as liaison to HR and business leads for all HR metrics

* Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience

* 1-3 years hands-on HCM/BI/ES Analysis experience required (Workday preferred)

* Deep interest in evolving HR at a rapidly growing company

* Requires excellent knowledge of object-oriented principles and best practices

* Experience working in a diverse, incredibly fast-paced, and ever-changing company

* Experience working in entrepreneurial and/or high-growth (organic and/or inorganic) companies

* Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, analytical and complex problem-solving skills

* Must be a skilled communicator, with well-developed listening, verbal, written and presentation ability

* Strong prioritizing, project management and planning and organizing skills

* Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and the ability to serve multiple customers, while delivering an excellent experience
