Job Summary:

Responsible for the research and processing of Escrow functions to include escrow administration, taxes, MI insurance, and/or hazard insurance

Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

* Research and Review- Conduct loan-level research

* Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with vendors, MI carriers and investors.

* Coordinate with the Cashiering and Finance departments for outgoing tax payments, incoming/outgoing wires, and returned/refunded tax payments and with the MI Claims departments for any MI refund/return issues.

* Create and/or maintain escrow processing department written procedures.

* Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Experience and Education:

Required:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Preferred:

* Preferred some college

* Preferred mortgage servicing experience

Travel Required:

It is expected that this position may include travel up to 10% of the time. This is subject to change based on many factors, including business needs.

Language Ability:

Ability to read/interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization

Mathematical Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
