Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

This individual will be part of the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) function of our Information Security program, and execute on the Governance team. The Governance team is responsible for the lifecycle of the Information Security documentation, understanding and aligning with global industry standards and regulations, providing interpretation and guidance of the security controls to the global Western Union Organization, identifying risks, documenting, tracking and driving remediation.

You'll need 3 years previous experience developing, building and maintaining professional technical and non-technical Information Security documentation from ideation to completion. You can analyse and interpret global industry standards and regulations and determine the impacts and changes required to the Information Security program. You have experience in various areas with the ability to quickly understand issues related to access control, authorization, encryption, business continuity, disaster recovery, networking, as well as information security.
