Do you have digital advice experience?

Help people live their best lives by providing investment advisory related service for our Digital Advice consumers! The Advised Solutions Consultant is a professional focused on consulting with prospects and customers on the features and benefits of ongoing advised products and offers. This role is responsible for enrolling customers in the best advised solution to achieve the customer's goals and will leverage multiple forms of communication (telephonic, chat, written, video.)

Additional details may include:

* Proactively follow-up with customers who have expressed an interest in learning more about our products and solutions. Leverage a consultative sales process to help prospects and customers to select and implement the product or offer which best meets their needs. Establish initial customer experience and after the solution is reached and account(s) established, transition customer to a team or partner for their ongoing advised relationship. Educate customers on the technology and channels available to them once an appropriate ongoing solution is presented and confirmed.

* Maintain proper documentation, compliance and risk management standards with each customer interaction. All inbound and outbound calls, after call work, accuracy of information and quality of all customer interactions, regardless of method (telephonic, chat, video and written) will be monitored regularly.

* Perform other job-related duties and projects as needed.


Skills required:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 8 years' experience required

* 4+ years' experience with 3+ years in the Financial Services Industry. 2+ years of digital advisory experience is preferred.

* Active FINRA Series 65 (and/or 66 and state registrations) Active Life/Health licenses required within 3 months of hire.

* ChFC® or other advanced designation preferred.

Successful candidates will have the following:

* Genuine interest in understanding client life events and translating what those events mean for a customer's goals and plans.

* Demonstrated dedication to treating customers in an ethical, empathetic and proactive way.

* Strength in effectively simplifying complex financial concepts while building rapport and credibility.

* Critical to possess a high degree of personal accountability plus exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong effectiveness with time management and organizational skills a must.

* Committed to holding yourself to a high degree of integrity, building and sustaining strong trusted partnerships with leadership, peers and colleagues.

* Must be adaptable to change and able to work independently with limited information and direction.
