Based on the success of Moogsoft Enterprise, we have created a Small to Medium Market Team to move into a broader, cloud-only space. We are laser focused on enabling our customers to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences, regardless of the underlying complexity or dynamic nature of the supporting infrastructure. 

Moogsoft is seeking a SMB/Mid-Market Account Executive to establish trust and credibility with your prospects and customers in a regional territory. You will lead and drive MOOG’s sales cycles specific to our Express offering - a game changer for DevOps teams and the organization

You Are:

  • First and foremost, you are smart, adaptable, and coachable. You understand your customers’ business, the value you deliver to you customers every day, and use this knowledge to create long term relationships
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • A strong presenter and communicator in written responses to emails, customer interactions and guiding customer’s understanding of a disruptive technology
  • Excited to engage with prospects - especially by phone

You Will:

  • Position value and differentiate Moogsoft’s approach to alternative attempts (multi-tool, open source, legacy) at service assurance within DevOps and IT Operations 
  • Follow our sales methodology to find, qualify, demo, and articulate the overall Moogsoft value proposition, vision and strategy to customers - communicating the business benefits and technical advantages of Moogsoft Express
  • Focus exclusively on new logo acquisition
  • Prospect into IT Executives, DevOps and Technical leaders, Technical end-users
  • Use Salesforce.com to accurately forecast your sales activity and bookings projections and use the CRM to collaborate and team with the organization

You Have:

  • 1-3 years of quota-carrying experience with a SaaS offering
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota
  • Excellent presentation and poise 
  • Ability to travel 1-2 times per quarter 
  • Superb phone and email skills. You have the ability to give value to every customer every time you engage

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with DevOps, IT operations management and analytics, IT Service Management, Application, System, and/or Network performance are preferred
