The Kitchen Manager should be Serve Safe Certified, possess strong leadership and organizational skills. The manager should also possess a strong food background with the ability to follow and train staff in verified recipes. The manager should be proficient in product ordering as well as scheduling kitchen staff based on forecast and business demands. The Kitchen Manager shall lead the staff in maintaining a sanitary work environment as well as a happy and safe workplace. The manager will report directly to the store General Manager and collaborate with the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage on all recipe changes and/or ideas for approval. The ideal Kitchen Manager should have 5+ years of Kitchen Management experience in a fast pace high volume work environment. Must also perform well under stressful situations. The manager must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
