Job Summary

Supports program liability reduction. Duties include a combination of issue resolution, detailed record keeping and tracking. Provides coordination for the planning, strategy, and systemization of the 340b process.

Job Responsibilities

* Day to day reduction of program liabilities. Includes, but not limited to resolving problems with inventory replenishment/ ordering issues.

* Uses various data streams to handle and resolve queued system order and invoice exceptions.

* Coordinates with Wholesalers and the client to determine product availability. Applies a solution to best fit the interests of Walgreens and its client.

* Involved in identifying and testing new system functionality to ensure information is utilized accordingly and help provide the best impact to the clients.

* Creation and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).

* Creates and maintains reports to track and analyze dispensed data, ordered data, outstanding liability by client, and unreplenishable goods. Coordinates with the analyst and manager about the ongoing trends.

* Facilitates file integrity and database uploads.

* Coordinates with wholesalers with issues arising from improper account set ups.

* Assist Analysts in researching data for reconciliations with clients.

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of work experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of work experience.

* Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.

* Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).

* Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).

* Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working on a cross-functional team where members included representatives from at least 2 businesses/functions and clients.

* Knowledge of the pharmacy industry and or experience in a pharmacy environment.

* Experience with Walgreens pharmacy systems.
