As the Logistics Clerk you will prepare, print and sort bills of lading for shipments while also communicating with internal and external customers to help ensure product is delivered as promised, all while earning a competitive base salary and full benefit offerings make for a well-rounded total package for the right individual. This position reports to the Logistics Supervisor.

Duties will include, but not be limited to the following:

* Prepare, print and sort bills of lading for shipping

* Prepare Customs paperwork including commercial invoices for shipments to Canada

* Photograph international shipments prior to shipping

* Communicate with Customer Service and provide information as requested including copies of packing slips or delivery receipts and tracking numbers

* Communicate with carriers and provide copies of bills of lading as needed

* Investigate claims of shortages/overages by communicating with carriers, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivables and provide paperwork for credit memos as needed

* Provide paperwork and documents as needed

* Prepare shipping documents for transfer to storage

* Track manpower weight averages

* Assist Shipping Manager and Shipping Supervisor when required

* Order supplies for Shipping Department

Required Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years' general work experience
