Based at Western Union'sheadquarters in Washington DC, the Solutions Support Administrator plays anintegral role in maintaining employee productivity and implementing the latestclient solutions. The successful candidate will have solid technical knowledge,experience supporting executives and a passion for delivering the highest levelof customer service.

* Provides end usersupport by responding to requests via multiple sources, updating troubletickets, diagnosing and resolving end user problems within guidelines andassisting team members on projects.

* Provides Executivelevel support for PC and mobile devices.

* Responsibilitiesinclude the installation and maintenance of MS Windows® and Apple OS baseddesktop hardware and software for office and work from home users.

* Duties may alsoinclude receiving, configuring, deploying and maintaining PC and mobile devicehardware and software.

* Escalates more complexproblems to appropriate level.

What you will need tosucceed:

* Understanding of LANelements including PC hardware and Microsoft Windows® Operating Systems(Microsoft Windows ® 7 and 10).

* Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft applications including Microsoft Office, Exchange and Active Directory

* Experience with Applecomputer hardware and software (High Sierra OSX).

* Experience with theconfiguration and support of Apple ® iOS and Android based mobile devices

* Understanding ofNetwork, Server and Virtual environments

* Basic understanding ofthe supported business functions.

* 4+ yrs of related ITexperience.

* Associate's Degree orequivalent work experience (Manager's discretion).

* Must be able to liftup to 50 lbs. Very Good Communication Skills.
