As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you are responsible for supporting the Information Technology and Digital functions and roles to allow Ingersoll Rand to hire and promote the best talent to win!

You will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners within the functions to understand their talent needs (current and future), develop recruitment strategies, create mutual accountability, and maintain collaborative partnerships throughout the recruiting process including:

* creating attractive position profiles to attract candidates,

* sourcing and attraction of internal and external, diverse qualified job seekers through a variety of methods,

* conducting phone screens, assessments, and recommend viable candidates to hiring manager for further consideration.

* leading effective candidate interview feedback sessions, facilitate the offer process including: offer creation, approvals, extension, and acceptance.

The job seeker's experience is important to our process, so you would lead timely communications to ensure a positive candidate experience, work with talent acquisition coordinator(s) to schedule candidate interviews and facilitate the new hire onboarding process, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance by following talent acquisition standard work, including processes and use of technology.

You would also participate in projects or other initiatives as assigned.

This role can lead to other progressive positions within Talent Acquisition and other roles within Ingersoll Rand.


* Bachelor's degree is required

* 5 years of recruiting experience required, including significant technical recruiting

* A combination of direct hire agency and corporate recruiting experience is helpful

* Advanced skills using various sourcing tools and recruitment branding to find, attract and assess hard to find/passive talent

* Experience and desire for continuous improvement

* Must have direct experience in utilizing hiring management systems

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills are needed

* Ability to influence and lead change with key partners, leaders and peers.
