American Greetings is now hiring Seasonal Merchandisers to help support our store fronts for the upcoming holidays. We are equipped and ready to conduct all interviews, onboarding and training virtually to fully prepare you to join our team!
As a Seasonal Merchandiser, you will play an essential role in the success of American Greetings during our busiest and most crucial times of the year. You will service the greeting card departments in our retail partner locations. This person will be flexible, working part-time hours that will vary per location. Days prior to and after the holiday will be required. While most locations will prefer daytime availability there will be times that may include evening, weekends and/or select holidays. Hours will also increase closer to the holiday. In addition, there may be “on-call“ shifts.
The starting pay is $10.00 per hour. This is a seasonal assignment and will have an end date based on business need, with a potential opportunity for permanent employment. This position offers independence, a flexible schedule along with a fun and fast paced environment.
- You will merchandise American Greetings and Papyrus product and displays.
- Rotate products from the backroom or basement and out to the department.
- Keep back room or basement stock in neat and orderly condition.
- Possess an enthusiastic and energetic attitude during your shift while completing tasks.
- Display promotional material, such as signs and banners, in accounts.
- Willing to travel to multiple stores each day (travel time is paid).
