About the Warehouse Supervisor position

We are revolutionizing the industry and need an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for coordinating and directing all warehouse activities. You will work with a team on a shift basis by directing Associates in the shipping and receiving of customer products in a manner consistent with service and cost objectives. You are a reliable, dedicated leader who has a passion for helping restaurants and small businesses succeed!
Guide a team of hourly employees to pick, quality control, load, and ship orders.
Protect employees by providing a safe and clean work environment.
Maintains the stability and reputation of the organization by complying with employment laws and other legal requirements.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Ensure Associates follow all safety policies and procedures. Thoroughly investigate and report all safety accidents and violations in a timely manner. Conduct operations in accordance with OSHA and MSDS Standards.
Ensure proper food safety practices are maintained.
3+ years in Operations Role, preferably in the food & beverage industry
Experience in high volume, fulfillment or manufacturing environment required
Experience leading a team of 10 or more hourly employees
Exceptional interpersonal skills working with customers, vendors, and employees
Computer literate with experience working with Microsoft or Google office suite products
Warehouse & Logistics Management a plus
Physical demands and abilities:
Mobility necessary to work all levels of building
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to over 50 lbs.
Frequently required to push, pull, squat, bend and reach
Regularly required to stand 100% of working shift if required by job responsibilities
Able to control moving equipment at all times
Ability to work in a cold storage warehouse environment with -5 degrees to 55 degrees temperature for long periods of time is required.
