The Technology Strategy Analyst will partner with the Technology Senior Leadership Team (specifically the CIO) to assist in defining the future vision for Technology, and the planning and execution of this vision. This will include development of Technology objectives, vision, long-range and strategy plans, and identification of the organization strengths and weaknesses including competitor reviews.

The Strategy Analyst will develop core messaging for the Technology Strategy and progress against this strategy through status updates and presentations to Senior Leadership, Internal Business Partners, and Technology Teams. Additionally, this position will help ensure activities within Technology align and support the long-term Technology strategic vision. Additionally, this individual will plan and execute special projects and initiatives for the Technology senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead aspects of the development of the long-term technology strategic plan, technology strategic business plan, and design of key technology initiatives

* In collaboration with the various teams within Technology, corporate strategy and other senior leadership, manage and implement the planning process for technology strategic initiatives

* Manages proper tracking, reporting, and communication of the technology operational plan that stems from the technology strategic plan; as well as key technology initiatives to senior management

* Collaborate with the CIO and the Technology leadership team on key initiatives to design, lead and implement special projects

* Supporting the technology vision and strategic pillars - fostering the spirit of people development, collaboration and continuous improvement

* Implement special projects and initiatives across all elements of technology

* Works with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging and linkage to the Technology Strategy

* Creating and monitoring strategic metrics to support assessment of progress against the Technology Strategy, Vision, and overall Technology Operations


* 7-10 years of work experience; experience in consulting or project management required within the technology and/or consumer packaged goods sector

* Proven success in proactive, independent consultative role, preferably within the CPG sector

* Experience in developing targeted analyses and building business cases

* Experience working closely with senior executives (CIO, CTO, global business leaders, etc.)
