KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, to join our Finance and Accounting organization.


* Collaborate with the Time & Expense Investigations Manager, Dallas Accounting Service Center Associate Director over the Expense Compliance and Investigations, and the DASC Controller to design and produce reports

* Design and develop Queries and Reports in Concur/Cognos in support of the Investigations team

* Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

* Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources

* Research details from produced reports to ascertain potential fraud, noncompliance, or inappropriate behavior related to expense claims

* Make recommendations that effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedure


* Minimum of three years of relational databases (Oracle, SQL server 2000, 2003 and 2008) experience with knowledge of various dashboard software platforms such as Tableau, QlikView and QlikSense is preferred

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

* Knowledge of SAP, Concur, Cognos, and Hana preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and manage high volumes of work with conflicting priorities and deadlines
