General Responsibilities:

· Work under the direction of the General Manager to manage daily operations in a high-volume environment

· Guest service - greeting, table touches, answer questions

· Ensure company policies and procedures are met

· Schedule and appoint tasks and responsibilities to staff as directed by the GM

· Inventory, ordering and upholding restaurant maintenance and appearance

· Other typical responsibilities to ensure ease of operations


Qualifications:

· About 2-4 years’ experience in an upscale to fine casual, or experience at a local, polished restaurant

· Great employment tenure - we're looking for people who like to stay put!

· Full understanding of upscale high-end dining operations with strength in the front of the house

· Great leadership skills with the ability to guide, lead, coach, train and correct with ease

· Passionate about guest service

· Bi-Lingual

· Well put together

· Ability to take direction and follow through

· Ability and willingness to interact with guests
