The Role

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Manage incoming and outbound sales calls, inquiries and all aspects of order management
  • Collaborate with field sales team on assigned customers with focus to maximize program sales
  • Input and maintain customer account in CRM​
  • Adhere to Newco's pricing policy​
  • Collaboration with TLC team to maximize route optimization
  • Manage customer returns and warranties​
  • Product recommendations​
  • Other directives as set by Branch Manager and District Manager
  • End of day closing activities

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills​
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and time metrics
  • Demonstrated problem solving & critical thinking skills​
  • Product and industry knowledge
  • Collections experience ​
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • 2 years minimum previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success with over-the-phone communication
  • Industry sales knowledge preferred​
  • Bachelors degree preferred​
