Overview

The Global Account Director is an individual contributor role responsible for driving new revenue from our largest system integrator and service provider accounts. You will have an excellent track record of over achievement working with some of the world's largest SIs, SPs and multiple decision makers to deliver business value through enterprise SaaS solutions and have limitless energy and tenacity in achieving your goals.

Responsibilities

  • Development and growth of existing key named accounts and end users
  • Responsible for identifying and exploring new potential opportunities
  • Strategic relationship management at all levels for greater customer reach
  • Strong involvement in complex deals and decision-making processes
  • Managing and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Product and solutions presentations across all levels of the organization
  • Accurate forecasting and reporting

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in account management and territory sales within the IT industry
  • 8+ years selling into and building relationships with System Integrators and/or Service Providers
  • Need established relationships at all levels with customers in the geography
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a value-based sales environment with a long sales cycle
  • Experience selling network solutions and software preferred
  • Ability to learn and explain technical concepts to technical teams
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the sales cycle
  • Experience with assisting partners in creation of service offerings
  • Hands on and proven track record of sales achievements
  • Strong communicator and confident individual
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%, domestic and international
