Our client is the world’s first premium video game lounge located exclusively in airports. They currently have two locations at the Dallas Fort Worth airport and are opening up several more locations throughout the US very soon. Here’s how it works: the customer rents our gaming station by the time (30 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours, unlimited). With their rental they receive their own 4K TV, premium Hyper X headphones, PlayStation 4 Pro with about 25+ of the newest and most popular games pre-downloaded, a charging station and more! GM Duties:

  • Ensure stores are opened and staff appropriately

  • Manage inventory levels

  • Ensure equipment is working properly

  • Analyze and manages financial results

  • Monitors, trains and coaches sales team

  • Identifies and executes hiring, terminating and advancement of team members

  • You will be responsible for all sales and hitting/exceeding sale targets

  • Can identify failures in the sales process and coach team to make improvements

  • Scheduling sales team

  • Be responsible for labor costs

  • Giving breaks to all employees

  • Managing cash tills

  • Depositing cash into bank once per week

Who We are Hiring:

 Your experience must be:

  • 5+ years of General Manager experience on a full time GM’s salary

  • Understands the sales process

  • Gifted at selling

  • Sales trainer

  • Positive and high energy

  • Experience scheduling staff

  • High customer service skills

  • Team leader

Expected Work Days
