The School of Health Professions at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center is seeking applicants for a full-time, 12 month, faculty position in the Department of Physician Assistant Studies. The academic rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience.

Minimum Qualifications

* Graduate from an accredited PA Program

* An earned Master's degree

* Current NCCPA certification

* Eligibility for Texas PA licensure

* Prior experience in PA education is required

Description of Duties

* Combination of classroom, small group, and clinical teaching

* Student mentoring and graduate project advising

* Admissions activities

* Curriculum development and evaluation

* Participation in professional scholarly and clinical activities
