PRIMARY PURPOSE

The Enterprise Program Manager position is a subject matter expert on strategy, stakeholder management, and who can lead multiple high level multi-million dollar projects (from start to finish) that exceed customer expectations. Other areas of responsibility and management will include procurement, schedules, integration, scope, cost, human resources, risk, quality and communications.

Education:

* Must have a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare administration, information systems, technology or a related field. - MBA (Master's in Business Administration) preferred

Experience:

* Must have a minimum of ten years of experience as a Program / Project Manager overseeing the daily operations. - Must have experience in a leadership role overseeing a professional team of analysts, developers, and subject matter experts.

* Must have demonstrated ability to manage and lead large complex projects working with internal cross functional teams and vendor management.

* Must have experience with Stakeholder Management, Business Analysis, Project Portfolio Management Processes, Finance & Accounting and capital budgeting process.

* Prefer experience with project management related to healthcare, social sector organizations, and/or information exchange.

* Experience in technology field preferred

Equivalent Education and/or Experience:

* May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements.

Certification/Registration/Licensure:

* Must have Category I Project Management Professional certification by the Project Management Institute, within one year of employment/reclassification into job.

* Must have Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) course certification for IS-700.A: National Incident Management System (NIMS) An Introduction by November 1, 2014 or obtain within 30 days of placement in role whichever date is greater.

* Must have Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) course certification for IS-100.HCB: Introduction to the Incident Command System (ICS 100) for Healthcare/Hospitals by November 1, 2014 or obtain within 30 days of placement in role whichever date is greater.

* Must have Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) course certification for IS-200.HCA: Applying ICS to Healthcare Organizations (ICS 200) by November 1, 2014 or obtain within 30 days of placement in role whichever date is greater

Skills or Special Abilities:

* Must have a passion for Programs and Project Management, product execution, risk assessment and business risk management.

* Must be able to demonstrate an expert knowledge of Project Management processes and methodologies.

* Must have proven success in directing and overseeing capital investment projects.

* Must have practical knowledge of technology, products and domain areas.

* Must have strong organizational and time management skills. Be able to plan projects and lead the team that executes to that plan.

* Must be able to provide clear directions for the project team in all the project phases.

* Must have exceptional analytical, strategic and tactical ability, combined with expert relationship management skills and attention to detail.

* Must have excellent problem solving skills.

* Must be able to prepare project schedules, budgets, and reports.

* Must have a high level of attention to detail, and have the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

* Must be able to build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders throughout all levels of the organization as well as with the community leaders.

* Must be able to demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, structured, articulate, and persuasive documents.

* Must be able to work autonomously with moderate supervision as well as in team setting.

* Must be able to demonstrate skills in utilizing Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Project, and Visio software.
