Responsibilities • Contributes to the formation of the global operations strategy, making recommendation on key financial decisions • Owns the operations annual budget and quarterly forecast process for global operations functions, including COR, Opex, HC and Capex • Contributes to the long-term global operations strategy • Identify and implement financial planning and analysis improvement initiatives (ex. global ops budgeting templated) • Owns monthly flash reporting for operations COR and G&A • Owns quarterly reporting; including Global Operations reviews • Presents financial performance to Global Operations management teams • Consolidation of key performance indicators; including opex, capex and headcount • Prepare adhoc management presentations for VP Ops Finance and EVP Global Operations • Acts as key financial advisor to cross functional business leaders, anticipates needs and makes recommendations • Key Stakeholders include the EVP Global Operations, Global Ops VPs, Net Ops, Design & Construction, Regional Ops Finance, Regional FP&A and Corp FP&A • Leads others to resolve complex technical, operational and organizational problems • Responsible for defining objectives, quarterly conversations, performance counseling, coaching and career development Qualifications • Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, planning and analysis, including best in class practices • Experience working in a matrix organization, with ability to solve complex problems and maintain accountability geographically and functionally • Experience building and establishing constructive and cooperative working relationships and open lines of communication • Requires extensive knowledge of the industry and our functional and geographic areas • Experience presenting and partnering with Executives, including the ability to push back and have difficult conversations • Experience making hiring decisions, defining jobs responsibilities and balancing workloads • Experience partnering with Operations leaders • Positive attitude and collaborative problem solver • Creative, flexible and open to change • Effective manager of multiple senior stakeholders • Service oriented attitude • Calm & collected under pressure and to tight deadlines • Confident with written and verbal presentation skills • Strong analytical skills • Great attention to detail • Project management skills
