We are currently seeking candidates that have a hospitality mindset and experience to work in our Customer Experience Center located near Dallas Love Field.

  • -Demonstrate a servants heart by creating unique and personalized experiences for our customers
  • -Assist customers by phone, email, chat, text and social media
  • -Work within several software programs simultaneously
  • -Schedule reservations for our customers to have their vehicles serviced
  • -Own any customer issues or concerns
  • -Escalate customer concerns as needed
  • -Work closely with sales and service departments to resolve any issues
  • -Maintain a professional appearance and communication style


  • -Genuine desire to solve a customers problem
  • -Utilize good critical thinking skills to solve customer concerns
  • -Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • -Show empathy to our customers while handling their requests
  • -Excellent active listening skills
  • -Type minimum 35 words per minute
  • -Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
  • -Ability to focus on customer concerns while working in multiple computer programs with efficiency and accuracy
  • -Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • -Ability to work independently and be a valued member of a team
  • -Must be process driven
  • -Previous hospitality industry experience preferred (hotel, restaurant, retail sales, etc.)
  • -Business professional dress code
  • -High School Diploma required
