The Administrative IT Services Department at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Cross Functional IT Support Specialist is a flexible member of the AITS Support team which will provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting Help Desk issues. This position will provide first level technical support, assist in the upgrade, installation, and maintenance of equipment and software, and monitor the ServiceNow call tracking system. This position will be responsible for answering the AITS helpdesk phone line and ensuring coverage when absent.
- Provides full time coverage of the AITS Help Desk phones.
- Provides first level technical support.
- Oversees the ServiceNow ticket queue for the Help Desk.
- Works closely with team members to ensure customer service is addressed in a timely manner.
- Provides technical support for all PCs, Laptops and Mobile devices.
