We provide a full automation offering consisting of equipment, software, and IIoT solutions for downhole monitoring, wellsite productivity enhancement and asset integrity management. We have operations in 8 countries and employ more than 3,100 associates globally.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

* Manages all sales activities and results for Apergy Production and Automation Products in the Eagle Ford region.

* Participate in the development, implementation and management of marketing plan.

* Work with the sales team members, guide them, evaluate business opportunities, and promote products and services in new geo markets

* Develop new market opportunities for current and new products or services

* Partner with management to help in coordination and development of new products

* Conduct and grow commercial relationships with end users

* Maker regular sales calls in the region

* Identifies and pursues growth opportunities; increase Apergy's customer base

* Establishes and implements sales plans as needed to support all target markets; achieves sales goals associated with revenue and profit targets.

* Knows and enforces compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

* Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.

* Maintains confidentiality of all matters.

* Other duties as required.

Education, Licensing, and Certifications:


Four year college or university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field or equivalent education and/or experience.

Valid driver's license in state of residence.



Eight more years of relevant commercial experience.

Experience in the oil and gas industry.


Two or more years of supervisory experience.
