Senior Product Manager – Cloud BSS


* Define and drive Huawei Business Support Systems (BSS) product strategy across platform, functionality, and integration.

* Act as product domain expert at all levels of customer interactions (including CXO) and represent the voice of customers to internal teams

* Conduct market research, identify industry trends, provide competitive analysis

* Create and execute product roadmap to achieve the business goals and strategy

* Deeply understand the technical and business needs of existing and target customers; define use cases, business processes, functional architecture, and detailed product requirements documents that clearly articulate desired product functionality

* Provide the guidance to Engineering, Architecture, and UX teams to deliver great products to our customers

* Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Professional Services to successfully rollout our products and ensure a great end-to-end customer experience

Desired Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Design and/or Solution Architecture with a proven record of building great enterprise applications

* 3+ years of experience in BSS domain with work experience in planning and designing cloud systems

* Knowledge and experience with Microsoft and/or Salesforce platforms is a plus

* Experience in the Telecommunication Industry and understanding of telecom operators' digital transformation is a plus

* Experience managing C level suite relationships and becoming the trusted advisor to those customers

* Ability to grow a product from a concept, to plan and drive execution of go-to-market strategies

* Ability to thrive in a dynamical, entrepreneurial environment with focus on hands-on execution

* Excellent team player able to work with virtual, multi-cultural, global cross functional teams

* Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives

* Excellent organizational skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail to facilitate a close relationship with engineer team

* Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
