Location: Cumberland, Rhode Island 02864

Training: 3 weeks – 9am-5:30pm

After training completes, available shifts are:

Tuesday-Friday 12:30-9:00, Saturday 10-6:30 OR Mon- Fri 12:30 PM - 9PM

Inbound call center opportunity with a large healthcare organization.

Workers hired for this team will need to apply for a RI Pharmacy Technician license. The manager would provide you with the application, but there is a $25 non-reimbursable fee required with the application.The team is located within the pharmacy call center necessitating the license; workers do not need pharmacy experience


  • 2 years’ experience in inbound customer call center preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience working with internal/external customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to type 40 wpm
  • Proficient in MS Office Preferred
