Position Summary:
Recruits potential employees via overseeing external job postings and prospect interest, and sources and scouts talent from job board/job seeker websites, social media, employee referrals, and other sources.
This position does not have direct reports.
Essential Functions
Collaboratively with the Recruitment and Hiring teams, provide front-end support to the TA process to drive high quality of hire and exceptional candidate experience across the business by carrying out the following:
- Manages and maintains external job board postings for each open requisition in accordance with the hiring plan
- Screens resumes/applications coming into external job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Contacts qualified job board respondents to generate excitement and persuade them to apply online (Childhelp’s ATS) effectively converting them to an official applicant
- Develops a talent pipeline by forging and nurturing positive relationships across the talent pool in the communicates we serve, utilizing traditional and creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Attracts potential employees by sourcing talent via phone, email and in person from external job/resume boards, schools, churches, competitors, other local community sources
Requirements
Education/Experience/Knowledge/Understanding
- Bachelor’s degree or 1 to 3 years of related experience or of equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of four years’ sourcing/recruiting experience
- Expert level knowledge of Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter accounts
Skills
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills to include communicating clearly, effectively, tactfully, and patiently to a diverse population
- Strong interpersonal skills and demeanor with the ability to build rapport and garner trust with others
- Proficient in the use of a PC; in a Windows environment; in the use of the Internet; and in the use of MS Office Applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel

- Ability to understand and solve problems by applying intermediate analytical skills to include collecting all the relevant information and data needed to address the problem; organizing, classifying and synthesizing the data into fundamental issues; from the information, identifying the most probable causes of the problem; reducing the information down into manageable components; identifying the logical outcomes from the analyses of the data collected; and, identifying the options and solutions for addressing the problems analyzed

Physical Demands
- Ability to frequently see, hear, speak, and be physically flexible; occasionally sit, stand, walk, bend, run and drive; seldom stoop, climb carry, squat, kneel, push; and lift up to 30 lbs
