Administrative Assistant

MasTec North America, Inc. is a leading national infrastructure construction company operating throughout the United States. MasTec – Utility Services activities include the installation, maintenance and upgrade of communication and utility infrastructure, including but not limited to: communications, electrical and natural gas distribution infrastructure.

We are currently seeking Clerical Support our Team. The ideal person for this role will be dependable, self-motivated, a quick learner and eager to learn new things. This is a fast paced office in need of a Team Player with a "can do" attitude.

Job Summary

Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as answering phones, drafting correspondence, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files and providing information to callers. Additional duties may include assisting with ordering materials, payroll entry, city permits, and purchase orders.

Job Functions/Responsibilities

* Answer telephones

* Make copies and file

* Assist with Inventory, Purchasing and Payroll

* Operate office equipment

* Complete forms in accordance with company procedures

Experience and Education:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* 1 - 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role

* Proficient with MS Word

* Familiar with MS Excel

* Proficient with 10-Key

Other Skills/Abilities

* Dependable, self-motivated, a quick learner and eager to learn new things

* Strong organizational skills
