CUSTOMER CARECOORDINATOR

POSITION SUMMARY:

Answerall customer and associate requests, emails, telephone calls and inquiries in atimely manner. Process and administerall customer and customer care associate requests with enthusiasm andprofessionalism. Support divisions, in a positive and efficient way, providingthe customer with the best overall service experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

* Effectively and enthusiastically communicate with homeowners andprofessionally address their questions and/or concerns

* Receive and process homeowner service requests in a timely mannerper established ROC processes. (Process flow chart attached.)

* Have the ability to utilize multiple operating systems concurrently.CRM, Build Pro, Box

* Support construction and customer care associates in all divisionswith efficiency and urgency

* Professionally communicate with multiple associates within allsupported divisions

* Meet or exceed daily/weekly deadlines as projected by management oras requested by the division

* Flexible in taking on new assignments within the department

* Process and review extra purchase orders for accuracy andapprovals

* Perform all other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND ADDITIONALREQUIREMENTS:

* Three(3) – five (5) years customer service experience, preferably with a homebuilder

* Highschool diploma or GED required

* Intermediateskills in Microsoft Word, Excel and organizational skills

* Minimum50 WPM. Must be accurate for data entry

* Maintainregular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required

* Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills

* Validdriver's license

* Mustpossess professional attitude to represent company in a positive manner

* Followdirections from a supervisor

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS:

This is primarily a sedentary office positionwhich requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move andcarry office supplies and materials weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity required to operate acomputer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment. May operate a motor, vehicle.
