The International Traffic Specialist is responsible for the management and communication of workflow between Marketing strategy, Creative, Visual, and Production. This position acts as support to the UK/Ireland Marketing Director while ensuring on-time internal approvals of creative deliverables for international stores, including routing copy, layouts, and proofs.

* Act as VSI Creative Services expert for Travel Retail & VSBA by actively participating in key meetings (to provide information, collect notes for distribution and react to changes

* Manages all projects in Adtrax (Traffic Workflow system) including all pricing signs + any materials related to other marketing activities (advertising, email, events, etc.)

* Leads the thinking about POS needs to support activities in Travel Retail & VSBA

* Develops and manages timelines including New Store marketing with support of Production and Creative teams

* Maintains and leads evolution of the Automated Marketing Request Form

* Partners with International Merchant/Pricing teams to understand pricing changes needed for International market

* Route all copy and layouts to appropriate job owners through and communicate changes once reviewed

* Communicate changes to team and ensure timelines are documented at each round

* Maintains and develops POS sign lists using existing system. Route and publish to Marketing team.

* Updates Adtrax system each day to reflect proper status and any updates to timelines

* Troubleshoot projects in jeopardy to expedite completion through collaboration with the team

* Partner with International Print Team to create and produce non-chain or unique marketing needs

* Partner with Store Communications team in relation to all marketing materials

* Participates in weekly status meetings with Creative, Production, and Strategy partners

* Maintains a database of global image usage and size requirements by store

* Leads the International process for Video & Music including scheduling of floorset updates


* 3-4 years' experience in "traffic/coordination" related position, previous retail, agency or marketing experience preferred

* Proficiency in MS Office/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook

* Team player with strong collaboration skills

* Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Positive, cooperative with a "can do" attitude

* Fast-thinking and fast-acting

* Ability to work in high stress, tight deadline environment

* Anticipate next, ability to course correct and address change

College degree preferred
