This position is a Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Financial Manager, NF-0505-04 position with DLA Installation Operations Columbus, Director, FMWR Office at Whitehall, Ohio.

This position is open to all candidates world-wide. Moving expenses (PCS cost) will be paid in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation, http://www.defensetravel.dod.mil/site/travelreg.cfm and the DLA FMWR NAF PCS Costs policy.

This position is a regular full-time (RFT) position, which guarantees 40 hours per week. This position is a non-bargaining unit position.

General Conditions of Employment

Qualifications

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

Three years specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level in a Department of Defense Nonappropriated Funds (NAF) Morale, Welfare, and Recreation financial management activity level conducting internal reviews on or auditing subordinate activities financials; assisting in the development and formulation of an annual budget, including the five year plan and narratives; and preparing recurring financial reports

The position has highly qualified criteria. Candidates who meet the highly qualified criteria may be referred before applicants who only meet the minimum qualifications, notwithstanding required preference categories. The highly qualified criteria is:

In addition to the minimum qualifications above, I have at least a bachelor's degree in in a business discipline, such as accounting or financial management AND experience working in RecTrac, E-Pay, CYMS, SNACS, and DCPDS.
