Responsible for collecting and entering complete and accurate demographic, personal and financial information pursuant to the registration process. Including the correct entry of physician orders for prescribed tests, supplies and procedures.

High school diploma or equivalent Required

Minimum Work Experience

Minimum one year in customer service focused environment. Computer, data entry experience preferred.
