Part-time adjunct instructor needed to teach MIG, TIG, and/or Stick Welding courses either daytime or evening hours. Expertise in print reading and fabrication skills required. Responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive, safe program and facilities; training students to safely and effectively operate equipment; ensuring the readiness of facilities for class activities; teaching classroom and laboratory classes; evaluation and reporting of students' progress and laboratory performance; assigning and assisting students on class projects; creating and delivering lecture demonstrations; giving class lectures and ensuring smooth and safe operation of the teaching space.

Minimum and Additional Requirements:

Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3 years of experience with welding certifications or training/education in welding and 5 years of welding work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching experience in an industrial environment with professional welding certifications such the American Welding Society, Certified Welding Educator or Certified Welding Inspector.
