Summary:

* In alignment with the agency's goals, and the department's charter, the Traffic and Production Coordinator will assist with raising the standards of efficiency, possess a proactive attitude, and be able to foster open communication between the creative team, internal stakeholders, and clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

* Track the daily progress of diverse projects across multiple project teams

* Set milestone reviews to assure on-schedule deliveries for projects and programs across multiple teams.

* Identify causes for existing or potential project delays

* Identify and determine solutions to breaks in workflow

* Review incoming design and software engineering resourcing requests for clarity and schedule adherence

* Perform quality control by reviewing outgoing design work before it goes back to the associated project team

* Review production-ready design files to ensure files are set up correctly for production prior to sending to outside vendor or client for production

* Perform rolling check-ins with the design and software engineering teams to stay connected to their personnel and workflow

* Coordinate routing of select projects to multiple team members throughout each deliverable's lifecycle

* Facilitate meetings and reviews with associated team members to accommodate unexpected project requests

* Track and maintain an inventory of production supplies

* Handle vendor research, communication, and negotiation for outside production orders (printers, promotional companies, talent agencies, etc.)

* Prepare materials needed for client presentations and internal meetings

* Research and propose solutions for agency-wide resources and tools (stock photography subscription, project management tools, resourcing tools)

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

* Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience supporting Senior Level staff processes and functions.

* 1 years' experience in a creative agency environment, ideally in Traffic or Project Management

* Must possess experience and skills in the areas of Project Management and Web, Interactive, and Print Production Management.
