Customer Success Manager

Megaport Colorado, TX
* Proactively communicate with existing customers information about new products, ecosystem partners and enhancements to the Megaport offering

* Work closely with Ecosystem Director on growing end points with every new Ecosystem partner

* Targeted with revenue retention and growth of the embedded base of Megaport customers

* Work with management to understand key objectives and execute tasks that are aligned with the goals of the business

* Provide customers a single point of contact for ongoing support

* Work with internal teams to facilitate resolution of any customer related issues and concerns

* Communicate trends to management to improve customer experience

* Responsible for providing ongoing reporting on revenue growth and churn

* Learn and maintain in depth knowledge of Megaport product and solutions and being able to speak to competitive products

* Maintain in depth knowledge of the Megaport solutions

* Act as a trusted advisor to customers such that the customers business/technical strategies are aligned with Megaport offerings

* Able to work with your management team to focus on revenue generation.

* Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

* Experience in designing or deploying cloud/virtualization solutions in enterprise customer environments is highly desired.

* Experience working within the Enterprise software market or Internet/Telecommunications industries is highly desired.

* 3+ years in an Account management role is preferred.
